Seeking a well-rounded front office candidate that is flexible within their role and values quality of care and relationships. Each front office team member is expected to competently cover the full range of front desk functions including scheduling, patient communication, insurance and billing, financial coordination, records, and office administration, rather than specializing in a single lane. Benefits offered are medical, the doctor pays 70% of the premium and the employee pays 30%. Sick pay, PTO is accruing during your first year, eligible for use at your anniversary of your first year/beginning second year. Dental coverage. Bonus system based on hygiene procedures billed versus hours worked.
Ideal candidate will be personable and compassionate. Someone who can bring a personal touch to patients. Hygienist is responsible for opening and closing operatory, will arrive 15 minutes prior to shift scheduled to purge the cavitron, fill h20 bottle, turn on the computer & x-ray. Hygienists must be able to work independently, take x-rays, perio chart, prophylaxis, educate about periodontal disease, rpc, Perio maintenance, apply fluoride treatments, and time management. Schedule runs on the hour.
Well established practice with a wonderful team and fantastic doctors. Office is fortunate to be able to provide various aspects of dentistry in practice. 3 general dentists & 1 prosthodontist/periodontist. Hygiene department aids in developing a patient/doctor relationship and an understanding of treatment needs. Office has 2 FT RDH’s, 4 PT RDH’s, several long-term hygienists that help cover days for the office.
This position is available due to a current RDH’ s is parting ways and like life, things change.
