Seeking to hire a Hygiene Coordinator that can check in patients, answer phone, check voicemails and office email, send out referrals (all day), print correspondence, verify dental benefits, confirm next day appointments, confirm pre-meds, verify lab cases, gather NP records, fill hygiene openings, print route slips for following day, work on checking benefits for the following week (office stays one week ahead), call anyone whose benefits are maxed or they are inactive. At the end of day clean and print schedules, verify all route slips are printed and in order of finalized schedule. This includes back-office schedules, doctor schedules, and money schedule for front office.
Looking for someone with Dentrix (or other similar) dental software experience. Ideally would like a candidate with at least 2 years or more working in dentistry. Seeking someone with a warm, outgoing personality, ability to talk to patients in person and on the phone, and motivation to complete daily tasks are essential. Punctuality, desire to work, and willingness to learn office systems. Would also like someone who is a self-starter and able to see what needs to be done before being asked.
