Seeking an RDH with a strong work ethic and communication skills, dependability, as well as the ability to perform excellent patient care are essential qualities in our office. The hours and days for this position are flexible, as the office is primarily interested in finding the right person to join their team and find an RDH a long-term dental home. The position offers competitive benefits and salary with today’s market, which are negotiable, depending on experience. All capabilities of a traditional dental hygienist will be utilized to the full extent of what Washington State Law permits. Office utilizes restorative hygiene in office extensively and while that opportunity is available, it is not required for this position.
Office is an established private practice that has been in the area for over 40 years, resulting in an outstanding reputation and loyal patient base. Office has modern technology, including Dentrix practice management software, Dexis radiographs and intraoral imaging, with the use of the Planmeca Emerald S intraoral scanner. Staff is made up of 1 dentist, 3 RDH’s, (2 traditional and 1 restorative), 2 DA’s and 3 front office team members.
Practice is seeking to add another RDH due to practice growth and an increased need for hygiene hours.
