Traditional hygienist needed with occasional accelerated with DDS. Office is looking for a happy, bubbly personality that likes to have fun with both patients and staff. Easy going with changes to the schedule. Office gives 1 hour for all SRP’s, depending on hygienist and the specific needs of the patient.
Established family practice with 1 DDS, 1 DA, 1 EFDA, and 2 FO. Longest tenured at 6.5 years x 2. Office uses Dentrix/Dexis software.
Dr’s first hires have been here 6.5 years. Office hires a lot of military (hyg, assistants, front desk) so more turnover than normal. 4 staff members have left due to maternity leave and have chosen not to return to working. Others have moved out of state, medical leave, career advancements, left dentistry completely or not a good fit.
