Benefits for this one-day position will be holiday pay if the holiday lands on a Thursday and 2 days per year of PTO.
Traditional- stable patient population, mostly adult prophys with the occasional S/RP and perio maintenance. This dentist is looking for someone who will fit in with the personality of the office and that the patients like. The office staff are like family. They all respect and enjoy each other’s company. The practice is smaller with little drama. The schedule is very relaxed, Doctor truly and fully believes in a good work-life balance and extends that philosophy to all the employees as well. The software is Eaglesoft and Schick. The longest tenured employee is 8 years.
Position is available due to the full time RDH cutting back to 3 days a week.
