Job duties include traditional hygiene schedule with some accelerated as needed if another hygienist calls out sick and schedule can accommodate. There is a dedicated sterilization team to help flip ops and take care of all instruments. Practice is seeking an upbeat, positive individual that is passionate about dental care. Must be able to communicate with patients so they understand why treatment is needed in a way that invites dialogue and doesn’t feel like a lecture. Should be able to manage time wisely to avoid running behind. Excellent attendance is expected. 60 minutes given for recare, 90-120 mines for SRP depending on the situation.
Established practice with nine providers including a pedodontist and periodontist, and 8 hygienists that work collaboratively.
There are no egos, and everyone supports and looks out for each other. DDS and OM believe in celebrating their team. They have team events often to show gratitude for their support. Staff are made up of 9 DDS, 8 RDHs, 20 DA’s and 11 FO.
Position is available due to a hygienist having children involved in many extracurricular activities. It was impossible for her to do these activities on time due to traffic. RDH is still working PT for practice.
