Seeking a dental receptionist with the main duties being the ability to handle phones, filing, checking in/out patients, and verifying insurance eligibility. Must be computer savvy, a people person, reliable, an excellent verbal and written communicator. The ability to handle and comfort high fear and anxiety patients is a must. Showing compassion and empathy to help each patient feel comfortable being in the office and getting the needed treatment is something the office prides themselves on and seeks a likeminded team member.
This office has a laid-back atmosphere with a great doctor to work for. The doctor goes above and beyond for staff and practices great dentistry. Not just a general dentist; does a lot of implants, sedation with an environment that constantly provides learning opportunities. The Hygiene department is on an advanced perio level compared to other general practices in the area. Dentrix and Dexis software is utilized. Staff makeup includes 1 DDS, 1 RDH, 2 RDA, 1 EFDA, 1 FO. Will be adding an associate DDS, 2 more RDH and 1 more FO to the team ideally. The longest tenured employee is 25 years.
