Private practice is seeking a general dentist. Experience level is flexible.
Practice has 7 op practice, extremely busy, dentist will be busy from day 1, very good experienced team that gets along great and works together very well. Office does pretty much all dental procedures but still refer out some things that we are just too busy to do. Practice see’s all age demographics, striving to provide the highest level of dentistry and patient care/service possible.  Staff loves their little town and proximity to both the cities around us, and the outdoor stuff in the mountains. Eaglesoft OS, and dexis/kavo senors are the software used.
Staff is made up of 2 FO, 1 DDS, 5 RDH’s, and 3 DA’s.  2 of the RDH’s have been at the practice for 17 years, OM has been there 10 years, and DAs are all about 5 years.
Position is available due to overflow of patients and demand.

Established 43-year practice that is seeking a skilled dental associate that is proficient in basic operative, Crown and Bridge procedures. The willingness and ability to expand into surgical and endodontic procedures is highly desired. Office is fully operational with CAD/Cam CEREC technology and would train the new associate DDS on this. DDS would be exposed to CBCT Technology which would position the new DDS to add implant surgical services which this office does currently. As the partnership develops, training in more advanced pain control such as IV sedation would be provided.

The practice has been in the community for over 43 years, the new DDS would immediately benefit from the reputation that has been built over the years with the perfect platform to build their own reputation. This position could be a partnership with a phased buyout to full ownership.
