This office is seeking a team member who is focused on patient care and experience! Office is nestled in cute downtown area, many  patients have been coming to the practice for over 30 years now. This practice provides them with personalized experience and delivers the best in clinical care.
The current doctor was hand selected to purchase the office 6 years ago from the retiring dentist who owned it for 30 years. The staff is proud to say that they have been voted “Best Practice” for 3 consecutive years now. Their front desk team is also cross trained in assisting back office and assists with hygiene. Supporting their hygiene program is integral to the office philosophy. The allow 1-hour recare and 1.5 2 quads of SRP appointments. Software is Open Dental and Dexis. Currently, there is 1 DDS, 1.5 RDH’s, 1 RDA, 1 FO. Longest tenured employee is 6 years when the new doctor took over.

This private practice is very team oriented, looking to hire and RDH that can help the office flow and be productive. They have one doctor and two hygiene rooms, looking for a second hygienist to join the team. They all enjoy team building events at least once a year.This is a smaller office with an easy-going environment, the doctor is very understanding of any needs that you may have. The software used is Open Dental and VixWin X-Ray. X-rays are taken in the operatory with Nomad unit. Pano/CBCT in the operatories as well. Experience with ITero scanner and DenMat laser is helpful but willing to train.
New patient appointments are 90min, this includes 4x BW, Pro, Exam, PC, FL. If SRP is needed then they can start 1 quad if time allows, or schedule patient back. Prophy/Perio Maintenance recall visits are 60min. SRP on 2 quads per visit, is 90min. 1 quad is 60min. (They never schedule more than 2 SRP visits per day unless it’s a special case and would ask permission from HYG first).
