A small but fast growing general practice is seeking a hygienist to do traditional hygiene in West Seattle.  1 hour given for recare, new patients 90 mins, SRP 90 Mins.  Practice is looking for a friendly team player who will thrive working in a fun and busy environment. Open Dental and XDR. 6 employees with longest tenure at 8 years (when practice opened).  Staff is beginning to work more with Sleep Disordered Breathing, Biomimetic Oral Appliance Therapy and Biological Dentistry.

Traditional hygiene, restorative available but not required. Open to new grads!

Typically, 60 min recare and 2 quads SRP, 90 minutes depending on dentist/hygienist assessment. Dentrix/Dexis, Jazz solo sensors and Vatech CBCT.

Private practice is seeking an experienced hygienist who is good at providing dental hygiene care.  Candidate must be nice, warm, friendly and likeable, easy to get along with for the patients and the team.  Someone with excellent hygiene skill and great friendly attitude.  Office is an entirely unrestricted provider.  Meaning not in network with Delta and the only in-network insurance they are under is GHEA and they are usually pretty easy to work with.  This allows for the staff to have a good positive attitude when the patients are there.  The DDS has been in private practice for around 17 years now and has developed an excellent practice.  They offer IV Sedation, implants and wisdom teeth removal.  Very little pedo.  Hygienists are given one hour for recares, SRP -whatever time the hygienist thinks they need but usually two hours for half of the mouth.  Sometimes 90 minutes but up to hygienist.  Software programs used for xrays is dexis, dentrix and nomad hand held, Sirona CT, Yapi and overjet.

Staff is made up of 1 DDS, 1 EFDA, 1 oral surgery DA, two general DAs, one OM, one FO, 2 RDH. Longest tenured employee is at 17 years.

Current position is open due to RDS retiring to have 3rd child.

Private practice has been built and continues to build office culture to be one that is fun, outgoing, and patient based.  Hygiene department works independently and in a comfortable environment.  Practice doesn’t push production and dentist wants the hygienist to feel empowered to do the type of dentistry they enjoy.

Office is made of 1 dentist, 2 DA’s, 2 FO and 2 Hygienist.  All digital with xrays and use Eaglesoft. Itero and intraoral cameras for patient education and lab cases.  Longest tenured employees (2) have been there 15 plus years.

Office has a significant need to expand hygiene days.  New patients are booked out over 6 months.   Office wants a personable hygienist that is patient focused on patient care and education.  Team player that is will to help out where needed!
